The Harbour House is a beautifully restored coastal home where the interior perfectly matches its spectacular waterfront setting. Thoughtfully designed and full of character, it offers a warm, luxurious base for relaxing by the sea, with uninterrupted views of Pennan’s harbour, beach, and rolling waves.

Kitchen & Dining

The heart of the home is a modern, stylish dining kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, crockery, and glassware. A large window seat overlooks the beach and harbour, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or watching the tide roll in. Just off the kitchen is a small vestibule for convenient coat and boot storage.

Living Spaces

The house offers two beautifully decorated sitting rooms. To the rear, a traditional wood-panelled lounge features a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, and a television—perfect for cosy evenings indoors. At the front of the house, a second sitting room looks directly out over the harbour, where you can relax by the fire while watching the waves outside.

Outdoor Seating

Outside, a charming seating area overlooks the harbour and cliffs, offering a peaceful place to sit, unwind, and take in the dramatic coastal scenery.

Bedrooms

Upstairs, the house has three thoughtfully styled bedrooms:

The master bedroom suite enjoys stunning views along the beach and features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, atmospheric lighting, and luxury linens, with the sound of the sea just outside, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a Japanese soaking tub, shower and under floor heating.

The twin bedroom to the rear features traditional wooden box beds, each with its own bookshelf and night light, creating a cosy and unique sleeping space. This room has space for a travel cot if required.

The third bedroom, at the front of the house, has a double bed and a window seat overlooking Pennan’s picturesque harbour, styled with a relaxed seaside feel.

Bathrooms: In addition to the ensuite in the master bedroom, there is also a spacious shower room, beautifully finished with hand-painted tiles, quality fittings, a pebble mosaic floor, and underfloor heating for added comfort.
